General Information

The vernacular name alludes to the yellowish colour of the antennae.

 

Pupates in leaf litter.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes readily come to light, sometimes in numbers.

Forewing length: 17-20mm.
Foodplant(s): Silver Birch (Betula pendula), Downy Birch (Betula pubescens)
