General Information

Although the adult resembles several others in the genus Coleophora, it has a white tarsus on each leg which is diagnostic.

 

Pupates in the larval case attached to hard surface such as a rock or post.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a larva.

Foodplant(s): marjorams (Origanum spp.), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Catmint (Nepeta cataria), Clary (Salvia sclarea), Ground-ivy (Glechoma hederacea)
