General Information

Flies at dusk and comes to light, often not entering the trap.

 

Pupates in a cocoon on soil or just below.

Overwinters as Overwinters as a pupa.
Both sexes readily come to light, sometimes in numbers.

Forewing length: 16-19mm.
Foodplant(s): Bramble (Rubus fruticosus)
Flying: One generation, May-July
